Anti-uv ASA SMARTROOF PVC HOLLOW ROOF TILE, whose preparation substrate includes modified ASA synthetic resin, Add 25-30g acrylonitrile monomer, 30-40g styrene monomer, 15-20g acrylic rubber, 1L deionized water, 1.5-3G emulsifier and 3-4G initiator to the reaction kettle, then heat up to 60-65℃, stir for pre-polymerization for 15-20min, and then cool down to room temperature. Then 1-1.5g emulsifier, 1-2G initiator, 8.5-10g block modifier K, 10-20g acrylonitrile monomer were added, and the block polymerization reaction was heated to 75-80℃ again for 2-2.5h.
At the end of the reaction, after demulsification, pumping, washing and drying, the modified ASA synthetic resin is obtained, which is the substrate of anti-UV ASA SMARTROOF PVC HOLLOW ROOF TILE;
Through emulsion polymerization, block modifiers were prepared and each monomer of ASA synthetic resin were block polymerized, and the blocked amine functional groups and cyclamated silicone were introduced in the way of chemical bond, which has a good inhibition effect on the photooxygen degradation reaction of polymer in SMARTROOF PVC HOLLOW ROOF TILE. It greatly improves the UV resistance of SMARTROOF PVC HOLLOW ROOF TILE and improves the heat insulation efficiency.
