The positive ridge TILE is installed on the CD line of the ridge. The installation should start from one side of the main tile area of the SMARTROOF PVC HOLLOW ROOF TILE. The lap of the positive ridge tile should avoid overlapping with the lap of the main tile, and a waveform should be bonded between the two positive ridge tiles. After the main tile is installed, the triangular roof on both sides is installed evenly by the center line CC3 and DD3 as the benchmark, and then cut along the diagonal line to facilitate the installation of the diagonal tile.
The diagonal ridge TILE is installed on the triangular hypotenuse of the sloping ROOF. When installing, it should be aligned up and down and fixed on the SMARTROOF PVC HOLLOW ROOF TILE main tile purlin. The two diagonal ridge tiles are bonded to each other by 30mm. Three way ridge tile installed in the three surface intersection vertex, positive and oblique ridge tile installed after the installation of three way ridge tile, the installation of three way ridge tile side lap in the positive ridge tile below, the other two sides lap in the oblique ridge tile above.
The eaves shall be installed at the same time as the next section of the SMARTROOF PVC HOLLOW ROOF TILE main, double-secured to the purlins with the main shingle end self-tapping nails. If the main tile eave head distance from purlin is too long, seal eave length is not enough, with bolt separately fixed. SMARTROOF PVC HOLLOW ROOF TILE will be discounted to the end!
